Using actual airline simulator training with a major airline at Vancouver International Airport, students at Canadian Tourism College will get first hand training on the A320, B747 and the new B777 aircraft door trainers, the single lane slide raft trainer and the B747 slide raft trainer. You will learn domestic and international fare construction and procedures, customer service skills, assistance of travelers with dissabilities, leadership and team building skills, among many other airline industry skills and necessities.

Sabre and Apollo are large Global Distributions System (GDS) based in the USA and used worldwide. In both the Sabre and Apollo program you will learn the formats necessary for booking and modifying airline reservations, the basics of automated fares and ticketing, as well as car and hotel reservations. The Apollo program also focuses on Timatic and Leisurelink. CTC certificate programs offer streamlined entry-level opportunities to break into the airline industry.
