|Site Selection/Negotiation/Law||30-40||This course outlines the key elements to successful site selection, negotiation issues/techniques, contract provisions/analysis & diverse industry contracts. Legal issues unique to the meeting industry will be identified. For full details please click here.|
|Transportation & Housing||15-30||The logistics of air and ground transportation and hotel arrangements will be discussed. Students will learn trade strategies to make informed decisions leading to a successful meeting experience. For full details please click here.|

|Food & Beverage Management||20-30||Learn a systematic approach to evaluating meeting objectives and group needs as they relate to menu design, pricing structures, guarantee strategies, negotiation items and overall information about food and beverage services. For full details please click here.|
|Hotel Sales & Operations||20-30||Students will be introduced to the principles and procedures of hotel sales and operations by taking part in “learn by doing” activities. How to Apply
Registration is simple. The required registration documents are:
- Completed registration form which you can request by contacting us at 604-736-8000 or 1-877-731-9810.
- Copy of your high school diploma or equivalent
- Copy of Government Issued Photo ID
- Payment (We can send you the credit card authorization form upon request)
Please note that you must have a PC, not a MAC.
