As a student, you will be expected to follow the policies and procedures outlined in the CTC Student Handbook. So please, take the time to read it and keep a copy for future reference!

To request official CTC documents such as transcripts or copies of diplomas or certificates, please download and submit our Document Request Form (PDF).

Once completed, please mail, fax, or drop it off at one of our campuses.
Please Note: It may take 4-6 weeks for you to receive your requested documents. We strongly recommend that students request documentation well in advance of application deadlines if applying to another post-secondary institution.
